Wenger Patriot Review: Great Rolling Laptop Bag
I ordered Wenger Patriot Rolling Case Blk Up To 17IN Laptop with notebook Case so I could stop carrying my laptop and files from office to home - saves wear and tear on my back. It was fatter than I expected and at first I thought I might have ordered a bit too big a bag. As I got used to it though, I decided it is really just perfect.
It has enough room to use it for overnight trips, well organized, and I love the little rolling laptop bag that comes out separately if that's all you need for the moment. It can be attached to the handle above the main bag freeing up more space for clothes in the main bag.
The telescoping handle extends very easily and seems sturdy enough - although I am not certian when I get the bag REALLY crammed full if it will be rigid enough - I may leave additional feedback on that in the furture. Bag seems well balanced - I have not had any trouble with it trying to tip over on a slope like my old set.
The bag material is very sturdy and all the zippers and movable parts work perfectly. This is a well made bag.
Wheels are large enough to make a trip over some grass to the car easy and unstressful.
Not sure how this bag will fare as a carry-on bag if you fly. It looks too big to shove under a seat but I haven't tried yet. This looks like an overhead-bin bag but that's fine by me; I like my leg room.
